My style is active, directive and strength based allowing individuals and couples to feel supported and comfortable in a private safe environment.
The world is constantly evolving and can be hard to navigate with stress from all areas of life and especially for people of color. My goal is to provide affordable services to those that struggle with issues of trauma, communication and life transitions. I utilize a unique systemic approach working with individuals, couples, LGBTQIA+ community.
My ability to be culturally sensitive allows accessibility for others to express themselves openly without judgement. I have been trained extensively in marital/couples issues and trauma focused practices for adults experiencing PTSD usually within 6 – 9 sessions. I enjoy incorporating supports throughout the process at a client centered pace.
I aim to have outside supports a part of the therapeutic process to build a stronger foundation through communication, understanding and healing. My style is active, directive and strength based allowing individuals and couples to feel supported and comfortable in a private safe environment.
