Therapy can be the start to allowing yourself to feel seen, heard and valued!
As a therapist my goal is to help others feel comfortable and secure in who they are. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker I am trained to work with the person in their environment as well as to meet each person where they are at. I have over 7 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults from different aspects of life.
Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, trauma, social/racial issues, or life transitions, my purpose is to give you a space to feel safe and secure to share, process, and develop new and effective coping strategies. In my practice my style is to be direct, strength-based, and empathic with a side of humor. My hope for each person I work with is for them to be able to build authentic connections with others, express and communicate their needs, know their worth, and to live their life worth living.
“I define connection as the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment”- Brene Brown. Therapy can be the start to allowing you to feel seen, heard and valued!
